The holiday apartment is located on a small chalet park in the village of Afritz am See, in the middle of Carinthia's green heart, an ideal place for those seeking nature, comfort and variety. The village itself is nestled between mountains and directly on lake Afritzer See and is the perfect starting point for hikes, cycling trips and relaxing days by the water. There is always something new to experience here in every season!

The location is also excellent for winter sports enthusiasts. The well-known ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim is about 15 km away and offers 103 km of perfectly maintained slopes, modern lifts and plenty of opportunities for both beginners and advanced skiers. In addition, the Gerlitzen Alpe is a popular choice: about 13 km away you will find a sunny ski area with around 50-55 km of slopes and stunning views of the surrounding Alps.
