Outside, relax in your private garden or on the covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The chalet is set in a quiet residential leisure park established in 1984, bordered by forest and a river.



You have 2 shared parking spaces on site and may bring 1 pet. Events are not permitted. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away for sports enthusiasts.



The family-friendly village of Verchaix enjoys a prime location near major Alpine tourist routes: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), Samoëns (3 km). You are just 200 m from Morillon’s blue lake and 500 m from the Grand Massif. The region is ideal for mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventure, ziplining, paragliding, swimming, tennis, and mini-golf. On site, you’ll find a bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, children’s playground (ages 6–12), games room, and pétanque court in summer.
