Located in Pornic, this peaceful 45 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. The open kitchen is well equipped: private TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and private barbecue. A shuttle service to the train station and storage for bikes, paddleboards, canoes, and beach gear are available.



Enjoy the enclosed private garden with outdoor furniture and the uncovered private terrace. The secure outdoor pool is shared and open from mid-June to mid-September.



Parking includes a private space on site and street options. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Heating is available in each room from October to April, for an extra charge. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



This family-friendly home is ideally located between Noëveillard Beach and shops. Pornic, a seaside resort on the Côte de Jade west of Nantes, is accessible by train.
