The freshly renovated 25 m² holiday apartment in Reit im Winkl, Bavaria, accommodates up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, hand filter, and thermos. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls. You also have a TV, heating in all rooms, and mountain views.
Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The apartment is in a quiet area, with a river flowing directly behind the house for a relaxing atmosphere.
A shared parking space is available at the house. There is a storage room for skis and bikes. A tennis court can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Pets are not allowed for personal reasons. Events are not permitted on the property.
Numerous cycling and hiking trails start right at the house. The ski area is 10 minutes away, and cross-country ski trails are just a 1-minute walk. Outdoor pools, lakes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Lake Chiemsee is 20 minutes away, Salzburg and Berchtesgaden with Lake Königssee are easily accessible, and Munich is about 1.5 hours away.
