Duplex on the 4th 5th floors, perfect for a seaside holiday. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. Cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 and terrace with side sea view. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and separate toilet. On the 5th floor: fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and two spacious roof terraces. Top location near shops, tram stop, promenade and beach. Lift to the 4th floor, then 16 steps.

Wi-Fi: yes. Garage included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
