This holiday home is a semi-detached house that was completed in 2018. It features a warm and cosy interior and is located not far from the ocean, set in a garden surrounded by nature in a quiet village setting. This half of the holiday home is suitable for everyone—families, couples, groups, or those travelling alone looking to unwind in peace.

The half of the holiday home faces west. In the evening, sunlight floods the rooms. Through the patio doors, you can step out onto the spacious terraces, where you can relax in a beach chair or on the patio furniture. A grill and play areas (sandpit, playhouse, swing, and ping-pong table) in the garden offer plenty of opportunities for play, fun, and pure relaxation.
A private entrance leads into the half of the duplex; a small hallway leads to the shower room on the left, a bedroom with a double bed on the right, and straight ahead to the
light-filled living room.
The living room features an open, well-equipped kitchen and a sofa set with a fireplace. From the living room, turn right to enter another bedroom with two single beds. A staircase leads to the upper floor.
You can access the terrace from almost every room on the ground floor.
Upstairs, under the roof, you’ll find a small, cosy, secluded sleeping area with a 1.40-meter bed close to the floor (ideal for teenagers) and another sleeping option under the sloped ceiling, or you can pull out the couch. Of course, there’s also a cosy seating area here with a large TV.
Since it’s so wonderfully bathed in light here in the evening, you’ll love spending time here until the sun goes down—and the view to the south, stretching beyond the WZ, is refreshing as well.
The detached house is located in a small village in OH, set in a rolling natural landscape. The village of Hansühn is 3 km away—there’s a family doctor there. The beach is about 4 km away (Weißenhäuser Strand) and offers a variety of experiences—a natural beach, cliffs, the ambiance of Weißenhaus Castle, or the section with the holiday park, which is livelier thanks to recreational activities, a swimming pool, and music events.
A little further away are the popular Sehlendorfer Strand and Hohwacht (family-friendly, shallow waters)
The Baltic Sea and its surrounding countryside offer relaxation and refreshment for everyone, no matter the season.
And at the end of the day, you can sit in a beach chair in the garden or on your patio and enjoy the sweeping view of the starry sky.
