This holiday rental, restored with great care and attention to detail and generously expanded, is located right in the heart of Burgau, in the Styrian thermal spa region. The former moated castle “Burg in der Au” is just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the well-maintained and cosy outdoor pool with a lap pool and a natural pond.
Within a 10- to 20-minute drive, you can reach 5 thermal spas (Allegria Family Spa Stegersbach, Rogner Bad Blumau, Heiltherme Bad Walterdorf, H2O Therme Sebersdorf, Therme Loipersdorf) and 4 golf courses (Golfschaukel Lafnitztal, Golfclub Bad Waltersdorf, Thermengolf Loipersdorf-Fürstenfeld, Reiters Golf & Country Club Bad Tatzmannsdorf).
Just a few minutes’ walk from our ALEX holiday rental, you’ll find tennis courts (Burgau Tennis Club), and the Burgau Fishing Association can provide you with information about fishing in Burgau.

Our 142 m² ALEX holiday rental features a modern kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an entryway, and a west-facing balcony. A covered parking space for cars and motorcycles is available, and Wi-Fi is included.
A comfortable stay for up to 5 people awaits you.
On-site fees: Special rates: Children ages 0–3 stay free; children from their 4th birthday through age 15: €20.00 per night. For stays of 21 or more night—10% discount. Cancellations and Changes: Free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date; 50 percent of the total booking price up to 7 days before the arrival date; late cancellations/changes and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
