You’ll enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, plus separate toilets. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and step-free indoor access.



Relax in your private garden with views over a 1,400 m² wooded park. The 30 m² covered terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers. You can cook meals on your private barbecue and grill. An unheated outdoor pool, shared with other guests, is available during your stay. The pool is closed in winter.



Street parking is available, and beach towels are provided. This property is adults-only for a peaceful atmosphere. Pets and events are not allowed. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The gîte is ideally located between Marseille, Aubagne, Cassis, and the Calanques, at the foot of the GR 13 hiking trail. Easy access to the motorway and picturesque villages made famous by Marcel Pagnol are nearby.
