Relax in this peaceful and stylish studio with a heated pool, set in a lush, tranquil location—perfect for nature lovers, hikers, fishing enthusiasts, heritage explorers, fans of local festivals, or anyone seeking authentic Brittany.



Located in Plougonver, Côte d'Armor, Ti Maen offers a cozy 35 m² space ideal for 2 guests. You'll have a living area with a double bed, a TV corner, and a fully equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules. The private bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.



Amenities include ground-level access, a private barbecue, heating (radiator in the main room available only in winter), and TV. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included.



Enjoy the garden in a peaceful setting surrounded by fields and organic greenhouses. The shared outdoor heated pool is open from late April to late September and features a retractable shelter for added comfort. A bike storage room is available. On-site parking is provided. One pet (small dog) is allowed.



Please note: Parties are not allowed. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles and scooters on site is prohibited due to electrical limits. A charging station is available at the municipal parking near Plougonver’s town hall. This ground-floor studio is not suitable for babies or wheelchair users.



The location is ideal between the Armor coast (beaches 30 min away) and Argoat, near Belle Isle en Terre forests, Guingamp, Lannion, the Pink Granite Coast of Ploumanac’h, and the Valley of the Saints.
