Located right in the historic center, SOLEVITA is the perfect starting point to experience Sicily authentically – sun, sea, culture, and Dolce Vita included.

Our studio apartment is freshly renovated and designed with love and attention to detail, combining Mediterranean lightness with stylish comfort. Step outside, and you’re immediately in the heart of Catania: lively streets, cozy cafés and bars, traditional markets, and the special charm of this city that you can’t describe – only feel… experience real Sicily ☀️🌊

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a traditional Bialetti coffee maker for slow Italian mornings, double hotplates, kettle, fridge with freezer, plus coffee and tea to start your day. You’ll also find an immersion blender, pots, pans, cutting board, knives, wine opener, dishes and glasses for every occasion, as well as basic spices and oil & vinegar.

The bathroom is modern and elegant, with a comfortable shower, hair shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Each guest also receives a bath towel, a hand towel, and a small towel.

After a day full of sun and adventures, the cozy queen-size bed awaits: wonderfully comfortable and with a special view. The artistically illuminated balcony window creates a magical sea-view atmosphere – pure holiday vibes right from the bed!
For additional sleeping options, the sofa can easily be transformed into a double bed or two single beds (with proper mattresses) – ideal for couples, friends, or small families (up to four guests).

Families with young children are also warmly welcome: for our little guests (up to 3 years), a baby crib and high chair are available on request.

There’s a dining area for shared meals and long conversations… and then there’s our little highlight: the balcony! With table and chairs, it’s perfect for sunny breakfasts or an evening aperitivo.
