Arubahome Arubahome is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Punto di Oro. It is a beautiful well-maintained four-person bungalow about 3 km from Oranjestad and about 5 km from one of Aruba's most beautiful beaches "Eagle Beach" and "Palm Beach".

The bungalow has air conditioning in all rooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower with hot water and toilet. Bed and bath linen are of course provided. Normally, one room is equipped with a King-size bed and the other with two single beds but if required we can adjust the arrangement to your wishes. The living room has a sitting area with sofa, TV and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a four-person dining table, generous fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher and has coffee and tea making facilities. Furthermore, the house has an alarm system and camera surveillance. For your privacy, only the front of the house is fenced. Of course, WIFI is available free of charge. We wish you a pleasant stay in our house.

The property of the bungalow is fully walled, has a private garden and parking. The spacious veranda has a lounge-diner set, there are four sunbeds and some beach chairs, you can of course use the washing machine.

Management of the property is provided by Pure Joy Property Management. Upon arrival at the property, you will be welcomed by your hosts. They will make sure you receive the keys and explain everything to you. During your stay, you can contact one of them with any questions at any time. Pure Joy Property Management can also take care of additional services; -for example, they can take care of the first groceries for you so that upon your arrival there will already be a drink in the fridge and breakfast for the first day is arranged. You provide a shopping list in good time, the cost for the service is $25.00 plus of course the cost of the groceries.
Consumption of water and electricity; Water consumption is included in the rent up to 3m3 per week. Electricity consumption is included in the rental price up to 120Kwh per week. More consumption will be charged.
Taxes are included in the rates. In Aruba both tourist tax and special residence tax have to be paid.
