The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a private TV, an upstairs sauna with sea view and direct balcony access, underfloor heating throughout, a baby cot, a high chair, and shared toys and books for children. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



The house is fully equipped with holiday linens: beds are made, towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, bath mat, and a wool blanket are provided. The linen fee is included in the final cleaning.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace overlooking the marina with additional sea views. It is furnished with garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and a private barbecue. A private balcony with lounge chairs and stunning water views is also at your disposal. The house is sunny and sheltered, right by the sea.



There is a private parking space on site and a separate hut for bicycle storage. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.



If you bring a dog, a nightly fee and a one-time service charge apply. A mobile dog fence is available for rent for an extra charge.



The holiday home is in the popular OstseeResort Olpenitz, between the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea, right by the water. A private beach is just steps away, and the resort has its own playground. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
