This 50-square-meter apartment on the ground floor is situated in a quiet location in Büsingen on the Upper Rhine—a unique German enclave in the heart of Switzerland. Here, you’ll live close to the border, close to nature, and yet with excellent transport links.

In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the banks of the Rhine. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll, a short break on a bench by the water, or some exercise—the Rhine is your daily companion.

The bright living room, which opens onto the balcony, is cosily furnished and offers plenty of space to relax. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (approx. 1.40 x 2 m) if needed, so that up to four people can stay here comfortably. A dining area provides a pleasant atmosphere for evenings spent together.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a standard-size double bed—ideal for restful nights. The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and sink. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

The separate kitchen is practically equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—perfect for self-catering.

What makes it special: Büsingen is completely surrounded by Switzerland. You can reach Schaffhausen in just a few minutes and get to the famous Rhine Falls quickly as well.

Dogs are allowed; smoking is not permitted. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
