Panoramic Sea View Apartment with Balcony and Wi-Fi
Located opposite Concarneau on the Cabellou peninsula in Brittany, this 45 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and filter coffee maker. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, a private TV, washing machine, and elevator access (apartment on the 1st floor). Please note: the elevator and apartment are not wheelchair accessible due to narrow corridors and a step at the entrance.
Relax on your private balcony with panoramic views of Concarneau Bay and the historic walled town right across. The beach is directly in front of the building, providing immediate access to the waterfront.
You will have secure parking at the rear of the building and a secure bike room. One pet is allowed for an additional fee; please inform the owner in advance. Parties are not permitted on the property.
Shops are located on the ground floor, including a bar and a delicatessen offering tastings and bread service. The shuttle (called "Le Bac") to Concarneau is a 5-minute drive away, and you can easily explore Pont-Aven and Finistère. Avenue du Cabellou runs in front of the building but remains quiet as it is a dead-end street.
