Located in the peaceful village of Clergoux, this 58 m² chalet welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee machine, TV, and fan for your comfort. The interior is all on one level for easy access.
Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered or open terrace—perfect for outdoor meals with your own barbecue. A shared ping-pong table is available for your enjoyment.
Private parking is provided. Up to 2 pets are allowed. There is a bike storage room for cycling enthusiasts.
The chalet is in the quiet village of Clergoux (400 inhabitants), close to shops and services. A beach and fishing pond are just 2 minutes away by car. The historic Château de Sedières hosts concerts every Monday evening in summer, and 11 marked mountain bike trails of all levels are available. Lake Marcillac, 5 km away, offers sailing, water skiing, treetop adventure, and archery.
