Fantastic Duplex Penthouse with Sea Views, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Benalmádena, this 70 m² duplex penthouse accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please note: the master bedroom and roof terrace are accessed via compact internal stairs with a handrail. The twin-bed bedroom is on the main level and fully accessible. You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in each bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, private TV, and a washing machine. Step-free access and an elevator up to the 5th floor ensure comfort. The apartment also features heating, a coffee maker, and a baby cot available on request.



Enjoy your private terraces, both covered and open, with sea and mountain views, and make use of the barbecue for outdoor dining. The shared garden offers extra space to relax.



A communal parking space is included. The property is close to public transport and the beach. One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.
