La Maison de Fabien – Shared Pool – Near the Beach

Ideally located at the foot of cycling paths, the house offers easy access to the town center and the Terrière surf beach.



Inside, enjoy a welcoming outdoor area and a bright living space with a modern kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi. There’s a double bedroom, a cabin room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



The home is carefully prepared for your stay; please respect the premises. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning service (available for an extra charge), please leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all garbage and waste.



Enjoy a private parking space in a secure residence, a heated pool open from June 1 to September 15, and storage for boards and bikes.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You’ll receive all key collection and rental instructions through the booking platform. Please message us on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week; all other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be sorted in the recycling containers.
