This 3-room apartment is located right on the spa promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The tastefully furnished apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. A highlight is the approximately 20-square-meter wraparound balcony with its beach chair and lounge furniture. From here, you can watch the sailboats or simply relax. The living room features a couch and a dining table for 4 people. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a CD/DVD player, and a radio. In the master bedroom, a cosy box-spring bed invites you to sleep. The second bedroom features a 150 x 200 cm sleeper sofa and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, plus a washing machine. The bathroom is finished in marble and light tones. The shower is walk-in and was installed as recently as 2020. The Miramar building features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as two lifts. A parking space is included with the apartment.
