Quiet, wooded setting on the Pornic golf course. 31 m² one-bedroom apartment with a terrace featuring outdoor furniture and a private 20 m² garden with open views of the golf course. Bright and west-facing, located in a secure residence with a pool. The beach and harbor are 700 meters away, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Private, secure parking space and bike storage available. Golf enthusiasts will find the clubhouse just 150 meters away. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the golf restaurant for an extra fee. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine is provided for your convenience.
Bed linen is included for the double bed, but not for the 140 cm sofa bed.
Pool open from June to September.
