Welcome to Haus England 5—here, tranquility takes centre stage, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life stays far away.

This newly renovated holiday home in Nordstrand offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay for up to eight people. The clear layout makes it ideal for families or larger travel groups who appreciate living together yet still want the option to retreat to their own space.

The ground floor features a large living room, clearly designed and well-organized. A panoramic window offers a view of the surrounding greenery and, together with direct access to the furnished terrace, provides plenty of natural light. The living area, equipped with a smart TV, offers a pleasant place to spend time together. Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimetres, the spacious kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine.

With its large dining area, the kitchen forms the heart of the home and is perfect for shared meals. It is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, freezer space, and a coffee maker. The open and practical layout is also suitable for larger groups.

There are three additional bedrooms on the upper floor. Two are furnished with single beds measuring 90 x 200 centimetres, and one with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimetres. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout on this floor. All bedrooms are bright and quiet, providing the perfect setting for restful nights.

The south-facing garden offers an unobstructed view of the Nordstrand meadows. With a little luck, you can spot deer and hares here, which nature lovers especially appreciate.

There is ample parking directly at the house for up to four vehicles. The adjacent residential units are permanently rented out, ensuring a quiet, stable area.

Bedding and towels can be booked as an add-on upon request.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
