Located in Saint-Julien-de-Cassagnas, in northern Gard near Ardèche and the Cévennes, this beautiful modern house welcomes you in a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends.



Set on a large, fenced, tree-filled plot of 3,500 m², the house offers plenty of space to gather, unwind, and fully enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The bright, inviting living areas open onto the garden and terraces, encouraging you to make the most of the outdoors throughout the day.



The house features three comfortable bedrooms, each with large closets, wooden shutters, and mosquito screens, two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub), two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with smart TV, and pleasant spaces designed for sharing good times after a day exploring the region.



Outside, from May to September, you can enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, surrounded by a lovely tiled deck perfect for relaxing. The pool is heated in summer so everyone can swim throughout the season and is equipped with an alarm for children's safety. There is also a large gas plancha barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals.
