This cozy forest chalet is a charming place for 4 people, situated right in the greenery. Compact yet warm and homely in its decor. From the bright living area, you can step straight into the peaceful garden, where a lovely terrace awaits with sun loungers for you to relax in. The terrace is surrounded by greenery, sheltered and partially covered, allowing you to sit outside at any time. The beds are made, and soft towels are already provided for you. From the house, you can easily walk into the forest or heath, perfect for a relaxing morning stroll or a beautiful mountain biking trip through nature. The surroundings exude tranquility, space, and pure beauty, while also offering plenty of opportunities for cozy outings and unique experiences. The charming Hanseatic towns of Hattem and Zwolle are a short distance away, where you can enjoy wonderful shopping, dine extensively, or settle down on a sunny terrace. The IJssel River and Veluwemeer are also nearby. On warm days, this is the ideal place to enjoy the beach, take a refreshing dip, or rent a boat for a relaxing day on the water.

For fishing enthusiasts, Tom's Creek, just five minutes from the accommodation, is highly recommended. Approximately a twenty-minute drive away lies Walibi: the amusement park for an unforgettable day filled with adventure for the whole family.

Even in the surrounding villages and towns, there is a vibrant atmosphere to be found during the summer, with cozy markets and fun events. For children, there is plenty to experience, such as a day of swimming at the subtropical pool De Veldkamp, playing at Ballorig Hattem, or exploring the Kabouterbos (Gnome Forest).
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
