Located in Cœur de Causse, in the heart of the Lot region, just 55 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, 25 km from the Gouffre de Padirac and Rocamadour, and 32 km from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, this holiday home is perfectly situated for exploring famous caves, climbing routes, and countless hiking trails, including the Saint James’ Way pilgrimage route. Canoe trips on the Célé and Dordogne rivers are also nearby.



This charming 150 m² house accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, another offers a 190 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and the third is furnished with a 140 cm bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Amenities include a fireplace, smart TV, fan, washing machine, outdoor dryer, children’s toys and books, and French billiards.



Relax outdoors in the private garden or on the balcony. The fenced private outdoor pool invites you to swim, and the terrace with a private plancha is perfect for al fresco dining. There are 3 on-site parking spaces and 2 garages. Parties are not allowed.



Restaurants, bakery, butcher, auto garage, hairdresser, health center, and a supermarket are within walking distance. Enjoy a farmers’ market on Sunday mornings in summer and a fair every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.



If you need central electric heating, an extra fee applies. Optional services such as pet stays and linen and towel rental are available for an extra fee. Please leave the house clean on departure.
