The 50 m² holiday apartment in Hermagor – Presseggersee accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and WC. You’ll find a fully equipped private kitchen in the living area, heating in every room, a private TV, Wi-Fi, and a ski storage room. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains. A high chair is available for families.
Relax in the shared garden with its sunny terrace—a peaceful spot to unwind. In summer, the beach is just a 3 to 8-minute walk away.
Up to 2 pets are welcome. A shared parking space is available on site. Public transport is easily accessible nearby. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
In winter, the free bus takes you to the Nassfeld ski area in 20 minutes. Several restaurants for lunch and dinner are within a 3 to 8-minute walk. The area offers many activities such as hiking, climbing, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, alpine skiing, ski tours, as well as visits to museums and the Terra Mystika show mine. Arrival is possible by train, bus, or car via the A1, A2, A10, or A11 motorways; please be aware of peak times and roadworks.
