Welcome to the “Ferienwohnung Wellenrauschen,” your very own vacation oasis on the beautiful island of Langeoog. This lovingly furnished accommodation combines modern living comfort with a quiet, central, and nature-filled location—the perfect place to relax. As the name suggests, you can even hear the sound of the waves here when you open the window. It’s just a three-minute walk to the North Sea!

Following a complete renovation in 2025, the “Wellenrauschen Vacation Rental” now features a modern, high-quality design with plenty of North Sea charm. With 54 m² of ground-floor living space, it can accommodate up to four people. Bright rooms, harmonious furnishings, and nautical accents create a welcoming atmosphere. In the cozy living and dining area, you’ll find a dining space, a sofa nook with a TV, and an open fireplace—perfect for social gatherings and relaxing moments of comfort, even on cooler days. From the living room, you have direct access to the private terrace, furnished with lounge furniture. Here, you can enjoy wonderful meals outdoors, unwind, or round off your day with a glass of wine.

For convenient self-catering, the modern, built-in kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances—including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Coffee lovers can choose between a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine. Thanks to the open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas, you can cook and chat together in a relaxed atmosphere—whether it’s a hearty vacation breakfast or a cozy dinner.

Two separate bedrooms offer a comfortable place to sleep—one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with a single bed that can be pulled out into a double bed if needed (100 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm). Spacious closets provide plenty of storage; warm colors and a quiet location promise restful nights.

The bathroom impresses with its clean design and modern features. It features a comfortable shower, a sink with an illuminated mirror, and a toilet. A hair dryer is provided as part of the standard amenities.

For our little North Sea vacationers, a crib and a high chair are available.

Free Wi-Fi, two TVs, and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort.

General Information: A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the house. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Your accommodations boast a beautiful location with everything within easy reach. The “Ferienwohnung Wellenrauschen” is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, yet very close to both the beach and the town center. The beautiful, fine-sand beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Areas patrolled by the DLRG invite you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach. You can take wonderful walks along the kilometer-long sandy beach and take a break on the beautiful promenade with its ocean views.

The island’s center, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 10-minute walk away. The area surrounding the house is perfect for long walks, bike rides, and exploring nature—the perfect vacation experience on Langeoog!
