Holiday Home Casa Ferrera with Pool in Cala d'Or

The holiday home Casa Ferrera is currently undergoing renovation and will reopen to guests from 1 May. Various areas of the house are currently being modernised to further improve comfort for future guests. New photos will follow shortly.



Experience relaxing holiday days at the holiday home Casa Ferrera, ideally located at the picturesque Cala Ferrera in Cala d'Or in south-east Mallorca. Cala Ferrera is only a few minutes' walk away and offers wonderful bathing and snorkelling opportunities with crystal-clear water. Discover the lively surroundings of Cala d'Or with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The well-known yacht harbour and various beaches are also quickly accessible. For active holidaymakers, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area as well as a variety of water sports activities.



Casa Ferrera spans two storeys and offers generous space for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor there is a large, open living and dining area, which is ideal for spending evenings together. The separate kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and provides everything you need to prepare your meals.



The house features four simple yet comfortable bedrooms with double beds, three of which are located on the ground floor. These three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to start your day with a view of the garden and pool. One of the ground floor bedrooms is en suite and offers additional comfort. Another bathroom is also located on this floor.

On the upper floor, there is a small living room as well as the fourth bedroom with its own balcony – a lovely spot to begin your day with breakfast in the morning sun.



The outdoor area of Casa Ferrera invites you to relax. A well-maintained garden surrounds the private pool, which provides pleasant cooling on warm days. The terrace is equipped with seating and is ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with family and friends. Sun loungers are available so you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the fullest.



Facilities



The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. As it is a self-catering accommodation, guests provide their own consumables during their stay. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.



Tourist Tax

According to local regulations, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid. Should this not be automatically calculated by the respective booking platform, you will receive the corresponding payment information separately.



Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for all stays. Further details can be found in your booking confirmation.
