There is also a separate sleeping room equipped with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and dining space for up to 4 persons. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, 1.20 m deep) and a separate children's pool, accessible exclusively to Berolina guests and owners. On the 1st to 4th floors, a communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available (coin-operated). Parking is provided in the underground garage with a height restriction of 185 cm.
