Panoramic guest studio in the penthouse: private bathroom, balcony & kitchen - Guest studio

Bright, modern guest room (in the privately occupied penthouse apartment). Great view through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows! When the sliding door is closed, guests have their privacy. Only the entryway to the apartment is shared with me or other guests; there you’ll also find a Senseo coffee maker and a microwave with a grill function.

The studio has its own bathroom (shower, sink, mirror cabinet, toilet), a kitchenette, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, coffee and tea, spices, cutlery, plates, etc. (Breakfast not included!). I can provide sparkling water upon request. The tap water is excellent!
- Guests have their own section of the balcony with a table, chairs, and a parasol.
- Lift available—goes all the way to the apartment.[The lift goes all the way to the apartment (on the 3rd floor)—guests receive a key to unlock the lift. Without it, the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor.]
- Towels, bed linens, shampoo, soap, etc., are provided.

Please note: the bed is only 120 cm wide!!! This might be too narrow for some couples... If needed, I can place a folding mattress on the floor. (Please let me know in advance if you’d like this, thank you.) Overall, the room isn’t large—it’s for 1 or at most 2 people—but it has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful getaway. Unfortunately, it’s not suitable for children. Metal-free relaxation bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m) for a restful night’s sleep.
For those seeking peace and quiet: Street noise can be heard when the window is open.

Guest studio within a private penthouse apartment:

The studio consists of a room separated by a sliding door, featuring a bed (120x200), a table, and a mini-kitchen, as well as a bathroom and access to the balcony.
There is no couch and no TV, but there is a panoramic view. :-)
Guests share the apartment’s entryway with me or other guests; there is also a Senseo coffee maker and a microwave here.



Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
