This well-maintained house, featuring two modern holiday apartments, is located in a quiet area of the popular holiday destination Crikvenica.

This holiday apartment on the 1st floor is suitable for four to six people and consists of a cosy living room, a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful bathroom, and a unique balcony with a view of the sea and the island of Krk.

Outside the house, there are two shared terraces. One terrace, equipped with a grill, table, and benches, is located behind the house and offers shelter from the afternoon sun.
The second shared terrace is located on the side of the house, features a sea view, and is furnished with patio furniture.

Use of the hot tub is available for an additional fee upon advance reservation with the owner one day in advance.
