Eine super Stadtrandlage (Spazierengehen, Weinberge, Park, Seen Wanderwege) und dennoch nicht weit weg von der Innenstadt. Stadtbahn, Bushaltestelle sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Erlebnispark - *TRIPSDRILL*- Entfernung ca. eine halbe Autostunde = 22 km. Ein PKW Stellplatz ist kostenlos.
