The location: Kampen, right on the cliff under a thatched roof on a spacious property with a large sun terrace, wild roses, a beach chair, teak furniture, and a parasol. From here, you have a view of both seas; the town centre—with a bakery, the Kampen supermarket, restaurants, and shops—is about a 15-minute walk away.
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a hallway with a coat closet. On the right is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a concealed washer-dryer; the cosy living area, with access to the terrace, is centrally located. Surrounded by stylish Sylt woodwork, it features comfortable upholstered furniture and a seating area for relaxing evenings by candlelight, as well as a high-end kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, modern Siemens appliances, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a dishwasher, an oven, and a wine refrigerator. Next to the living area are two bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed, the other with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. Additionally, there are two flat-screen TVs, a Sonoro sound system with DAB+, internet radio, and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Dogs are not allowed.
Cosy Cliff features an island-inspired design and promises pure relaxation in a cosy atmosphere.
Location: Right in Kampen on the Rotes Kliff behind the dunes. The beach is within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk—south to the Uwe Dune or north to the Sturmhaube. The breathtaking panorama of both seas and the ever-changing cloud formations are just as captivating as the sunny, peaceful location and the terrace surrounded by wild roses, which is perfect for sundowners. Kampen, the village between the two seas. Here, the wild, open sea; there, the vast, gentle mudflats. In between, heathlands, dune belts, salt marshes, and even a small grove. Small but charming, exclusive and cosmopolitan, elegant and village-like: Kampen is a village of delightful contrasts. The popular “Whisky Mile” is nearby, and in just a few minutes you’ll be at the expansive, idyllic beach. Kampen offers a good selection of cafés and restaurants, as well as ideal shopping opportunities.

All accommodation prices are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Plus a one-time fee: €155 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule check-in and check-out days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.00 per person per day from April 1 to October 31, or €2.00 per person per day from November 1 to March 31. The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
