Very nice appartment

It is a very nice and complete appartment with a great swimming pool. The surroundings are very nice and there is a lot to see and visit. The owner was very nice and a good host. Very good hospitality.

Our host is a very nice person.We had excellent communication.We would like to give 5 stars totally, but for 2 reasons we gave in some categorys only 3 stars.First:When we arrived it was really very very cold in the appartment, perhaps 14 gegrees celsius.When someone arrives after a long journey, he is, of course, tired and it is a really bad feeling to arrive in a cold appartment, especially when the host is living in the same house and knows exactly the state and the temperature of the rooms below.Second: my wife and me are pritty tall and there were obstacles in a height of about 1,8m.Thus we had to be extremly careful while working in the kitchen or getting out of the bed in the smaller room.These obstacles were formed by concrete beams with sharp unprotected edges, perfect to cause serious injuries when there was a hit against the head.Obviously the two affected rooms (the kitchen and the small bedroom) have never been planned as vacation rooms .It would be very important to mention this in the description of the appartment.There were a big room , a very nice sleeping room with enough headroom.These rooms caused no problems for tall people.All in all :good for smaller travellers,good in warmer days, whe no heating is neeeded..

Nice summer holidays!!

Very nice location, a few minutes walk to the centre of Sausset. Clear communication with the owner. Advertisement was perfect, no surprises when we arrived. Pool was also top, and also perfect for small kids.

C'est un appartement assez grand, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine est parfaite et l'eau a encore en septembre des températures très agréables. On peut garer la voiture sur le terrain, c'est super.Il dure seulement quelques minutes pour aller à la gare, au centre, au port et à la plage.La proprietaire est très gentille, le check-in et le check-out sont vraiment super.

Schöner Urlaub,kommen gerne wieder.

Regine war stets freundlich,trotz der Sprachbarriere war der Check in/Check out problemlos.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,gut ausgestattet(Mikrowelle,Backofen,Kaffeemaschine,Dolce Gusto etc)Der Pool war für unseren Sohn das Highlight,da fehlte nur etwas Schatten (Vormittags,Mittags).Regine lebt an der Wohnung(oben drüber), trotzdem hatte man das Gefühl alleine dort zu sein :-)Die Berglage hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer erlaubt.Der Ort ist kleiner,Restaurants und Geschäfte(Souvenirs, Supermarkt) vorhanden.Leider keinen Sandstrand im Ort,was aber nicht gefehlt hat.Keine überteuerten Preise in den Geschäften/Restaurants.

Séjour idyllique

En famille de 4 personnes , maison nikel, tout équipée ! Une piscine géniale un jardin luxuriant avec vue sur mer sublime! Nous avons été accueilli par Carole qui malgré notre arrivée tardive a prit le temps de nous faire visiter et expliquer tout le fonctionnement et nous a communiquer les bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter grâce à elle nous avons d’excellents souvenirs et avons hâte d’y retourner

Semaine paradisiaque sur la Côte Bleue.

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable, dans ce magnifique endroit. La belle piscine à été très appréciée, idéal pour séjour relaxant au calme sur les hauts de Sausset. La propriétaire est très discrète et disponible en cas de besoin. Très belle découverte !

Un coin de Paradis

Les éloges étaient déjà nombreuses et je ne puis que les confirmer. Régine se fait un devoir d'agrémenter le séjour. Elle est présente avec discrétion et cela est bien agréable. Toute la location est conforme à la description, des literies à la piscine et si un ustensile fait défaut....ce n'est qu'une question de minutes; Elle n'hésite pas pour cela à se priver d'un outil défectueux. Notre décision est prise ; nous avons réservé pour l'année prochaine car une occasion comme celle-ci ne doit pas être ignorée. Merci Régine et à très bientôt. Michèle et Gérard 29/05/22

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Freisitz

Wir haben hier die Osterferien verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sicher gross genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Terasse hat viel Sonne. Falls es einem zu viel ist, gibt es auch ein Sonnendach. Der Pool war leider nicht offen, was uns aber auch nicht gestört hat, da es eh zu kalt gewesen wäre. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche :-)

Die Aussenanlage war top. Leider wurde nach einer Woche der Pool kommentarlos abgedeckt und die Liegen weggeräumt. Das WC hatte den Charm eines Plumpsklos im Abstellraum. Die Deckenhöhe in der Küche war sehr niedrig, ca. 2 m. Scheinbar wurden alle ausrangierten Utensilien dort untergebracht. Das Schlafzimmer hatte nur eine Terrassentür. Das zusätzliche Zimmer war ebenfalls nur ca. 2 m hoch und nur durch die Küche erreichbar. Alles in allem handelte es sich um eine umgebaute Kellerwohnung die renovierungsbedürftig ist.

Der Pool ist das Highlight!

Tolle, gut ausgestattete, geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern (6+9 Jahre) ausreichend Platz, wobei wir immer draußen auf der großen Terrasse gegessen haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar zwei Kühlschränke (davon einer nur mit **-Eisfach). Das Außengelände ist wunderschön und das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder war der große Pool. Leider verläuft eine ziemlich laute Straße in direkter Nähe der Unterkunft. Nachts kann das störend sein. Die sehr nette und unaufdringliche Vermieterin bewohnt den oberen Teil des Hauses. Gerne hat sie uns Tennisschläger ausgeliehen, um die Tennisplätze unterhalb des Hauses nutzen zu können. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Séjour sympathique

Chouette semaine dans ce t3 fonctionnel, propre à la description, la terrasse est vraiment sympathique avec la vue et toutes les plantes méditerranéennes qui la borde, l accès à la piscine est optimale juste une barrières à franchir et on y est, piscine très propre bien entretenue. Madame merone est très discrète et très sympathique. Merci pour cette jolie semaine

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La location correspondait exactement à la description faite. Nous l'avons même trouvé un peu mieux en réalité. Les prestations sont excellentes, le mobilier de très bonne qualité, les équipements répondent parfaitement aux besoins d'une famille. La maison est très bien entretenue, un jardin magnifique, un piscine ( notre critère principal) au top. La propriétaire, Régine, très accueillante, chaleureuse, bienveillante mais très discrète malgré qu'elle habite sur place. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ou pour nous donner des conseils. Nous reviendrons.

Une location superbe avec un accès à une superbe piscine à volonté

J ai passé une semaine très agréable, cette location est super et mde merone est une personne très sympathique. Sa propriété est très belle (végétations, solarium ...). La Gare sncf est à proximité ; ainsi que les calanques, les plages, corniche, carrefour city ou lidl).

Superbe!

Mme Régine met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour soit réussi. Accueil, disponibilité, gentillesse, sympathie et discrétion sont ses valeurs sûres. Idéal pour une semaine de vacances randonnées entre copines !
