Maison Malovyn: Quiet House Near Beach and Forest

Living/dining room with WiFi, TV, DVD, and a kitchen area equipped with mixed cooktops, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two bunk beds and a BZ sofa, bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC, utility room with washing machine and freezer. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Outdoor shower available on the terrace. The large terrace features a retractable awning. Two parking spaces are provided. Garden shed and barbecue.



The house is 450 m from the beach and 2,000 m from the center of La Tranche sur Mer.



The property is carefully prepared, and we kindly ask you to respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but these services are available as an option for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the cooktop and plancha

- Remove all trash and waste



Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to indicate your estimated arrival time.



Do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). If not respected, additional charges may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be put in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
