On the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Elgin, in a secluded, quiet position, 5 km from the sea, 12 km from the lake, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced), courtyard. Private beach. Private: lawn, natural garden (fenced). Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 11 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 11 km, bar 10 km, bus stop "Station road" 4 km, railway station "Elgin East Railway Station" 11 km. Marina 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 15 km. Nearby attractions: Maverston Golf Club 5 km, Elgin Cathedral 8 km, Moray Golf Club 12 km, Covesea Lighthouse 14 km, West Beach 12 km, WDC Scottish Dolphin Centre 13 km.
