Very cosy, comfortable house "Villa Gärdet", detached, renovated in 2020, surrounded by fields. 14 km from the centre of Nybro, 45 km from the centre of Öland, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the lake. Private: property, garden 1'200 m2 with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 14 km, grocery 14 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 14 km, bus stop "Sankt Sigfrid kyrka" 6.4 km. Nearby attractions: Kalmar Slott 31 km, A World of Dinosaurs 22 km.
"Villa Gärdet", 5-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and TV. 1 room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Terrace 10 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
