La Ferme d’Estafinette – Spacious Apartment with Terrace and Shared Pool

Perched above the "Bergerette de Pierroun," La Ferme d’Estafinette is a spacious, bright, and colorful 140 m² apartment arranged over two levels. Access is via a charming stone staircase along the farmhouse, already offering a glimpse of the authentic and peaceful setting.



The large, welcoming living area features brick red and ochre tones, combining a lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a generous dining area with a convivial table for many guests. This space opens onto a private, sheltered, and furnished terrace, set high like a small fortress with views over the surroundings.



The kitchen includes everything you need: 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided for a worry-free stay.



Upstairs, under the eaves, you’ll find two double bedrooms, one single attic room, and a second attic room with two single beds—ideal for children. An extra bed can be added on request at no additional cost.



The apartment also offers a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, TV, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi (slow but sufficient for emails).



Outside, you can enjoy shared facilities with the 7 cottages: pool, pétanque court, and gym. A washing machine and dryer are available in the common areas, and a parking space is provided.
