La grange d'anthounin

Welcome to La Grange d’Anthounin. Nestled at 1,000 meters altitude in the heart of a wild 350-hectare estate with free-roaming animals, this house welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting. Located in a private hamlet of 7 accommodations, it offers a unique retreat, perfect for peace and disconnecting from daily life.



This beautiful 140 m² stone house, spread over two levels, stays pleasantly cool in summer. It opens onto a spacious living area with warm tones, featuring a lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a large dining table. From the living room, step onto a covered terrace—ideal for reading, sharing a meal, or simply enjoying the silence and the view.



The house has four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds, plus a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. An extra bed is available on request at no additional charge.



Enjoy a private furnished terrace with open views of the plains, forest, and the estate’s animals. Bed linen is provided and the kitchen is equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The property also includes Wi-Fi, TV, and hairdryer.



Shared amenities include a swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September), pétanque court, and gym. A washing machine, dryer, and parking space are also available.



The estate is accessed by a 1 km unpaved but drivable road. Just 13 km away, the village of Banon offers all essential shops, including the renowned “Le Bleuet” bookstore.
