In the house: sauna, hot tub, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Biberegg" 400 m. Ski lift 100 m.
"Boutique Tiny House", 1-room house 32 m2. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and dining table. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, Gas stove). Shower/WC, simple dry toilet. Wood heating. Patio. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
