Wonderful house with sea views, located just 600 meters from the beach. It features a garden, pool, and air conditioning. Accommodates up to 13 guests.



The entire house is on one level, though you need to go up one floor from the entrance. The villa offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet. On the ground floor, the entrance provides parking for 3 vehicles.



There is a sleeping area with two suites, each with a private bathroom. At the center is a large living-dining room and a kitchen, where you can enjoy sea views from anywhere, along with plenty of natural light. The second sleeping area has 4 bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms.



This fantastic villa has been recently renovated and is designed to welcome large families.



There are 6 bedrooms in total: 4 with double beds, and the sixth with bunk beds and a trundle bed. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and the guest toilet is in the hallway. Some bedrooms have direct access to the pool, while others offer splendid sea views.



The heart of the house is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living-dining area, featuring a central island. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining room and all bedrooms.
