Water sports, cycling, and winter sports are easily accessible in the immediate area. Hiking trails start right at the house, inviting you to enjoy long hikes and family-friendly walks.
Our accommodation, renovated in 2025, is just 100 meters from our private beach on Lake Ossiach. The house offers both tranquility and a wide range of sports activities throughout the year—summer, winter, spring, and autumn.
