Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch nah am Ortsinneren und nur wenige Minuten vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Für kleine Hunde auch ideal, da es einen kleinen Garten und einen Zaun gibt.
