Vacation home Inselliebe in Zingst with sauna, garden and modern furnishings

This light-filled semi-detached home, which sleeps up to 6 people, is located in an absolutely quiet residential area, yet the pedestrian zone, the beach, and the Bodden harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

During construction, great care was taken to select high-quality and sustainable building materials, furniture, and furnishings so that you can feel right at home here, unwind, and recharge.
Relax in a beautiful, lovingly landscaped garden featuring a terrace, a teak dining set, a parasol, two lounge chairs, and a cozy beach chair. If you’re in the mood for something delicious off the grill, a large charcoal grill is at your disposal.
Original Baltic Sea breakwaters—which until recently stood in the Baltic Sea near Ahrenshoop—were installed to provide privacy and serve as a fence.
A large storage shed provides space for bicycles and everything you need for a full day at the beach. There’s also a charging station for your e-bikes.
Two parking spaces are available for our guests, each equipped with an ABL wallbox for charging electric cars. Here you can charge your vehicle with eco-friendly green electricity.
On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an utility room equipped with a high-quality washer-dryer.
The hallway leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the beautiful
living-dining area, with access to the garden and terrace.
A huge OLED TV makes even a rainy day more enjoyable, and you can really make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace on cooler days.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with high-quality double beds (1x 180x200 and 1x 160x200) and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
A special treat is the adjacent small sauna, where you can relax to your heart’s content. The cozy attic features another bedroom with two single beds measuring 90x200 cm, as well as a flat-screen TV. Children especially feel right at home here.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
“Inselliebe” also includes its own beach chair at beach access point No. 26 (from May through October), where you can enjoy wonderful hours on the kilometer-long sandy beach.
