Surrounded by unspoiled nature and beautiful forests, the chalet sits on a 7,500 m² plot within a protected nature reserve. The view stretches from the Steinernes Meer in Saalfelden across Lake Zell all the way to the Imbachhorn – a truly unique setting.



The chalet is spread over three floors (ground floor, first floor, second floor) and features 4 bedrooms with 4 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, as well as 2 terraces and 2 balconies.



On the ground floor, you will find a private sun terrace with one of the most stunning views in all of Zell am See.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area:

The first bedroom offers a double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm).

The third bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed.

A shared bathroom is available for the second and third bedrooms.



On the second floor, there is one additional bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to 12 people, and a living area with a fireplace. From the living room, you have direct access to the heated sun terrace with lounge furniture.



The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, and toaster.



4 outdoor parking spaces are available. A washing machine and dryer are also provided.



Access to the chalet is via a mountain road. The last 70 meters are very steep, so snow chains or a four-wheel-drive vehicle are recommended in winter.
