Fully equipped vacation home "Winnetou" No.124 in the countryside with terrace

The Winnetou vacation home “Im Abendrot 124” is a detached house idyllically located in the center of the vacation village.
It features a large south-facing terrace and is bathed in light thanks to its sunny location.
This vacation home is ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet; the large garden invites you to play and linger.
In November 2022, a completely new, high-quality kitchen set—including a stove and oven—was installed.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and other kitchen utensils.
In the living/dining room, you’ll find a small stereo system, a satellite TV, and a cozy seating area.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible via a staircase. They are divided into
a small bedroom with two beds (high-quality mattresses, 80x200 cm) and a large bedroom with three beds (high-quality mattresses, 2x 90x200 cm + 1x 80x200 cm) as well as a sleeping alcove in the gabled roof (accessible via a fixed wooden ladder, 140x200 cm).
The sun terrace is equipped with a kettle grill, folding lounge chairs, and sun loungers, as well as two large, colorful umbrellas, and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery.
It is also furnished with a large oval table and a small round table, as well as a garden bench with six garden chairs.
For the winter season, the house comes with a wooden sled (storage room).
This vacation home is a “pet-free” property so that subsequent guests with pet sensitivities or allergies can also feel comfortable here.

You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent a set from us for €13.00 per person. Please note that using the beds without bed linens is not permitted.

The following charges are due at the end of your stay before you depart:

Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros/kWh
Gas (heating and hot water) based on consumption: 3.20 euros/cbm
Visitor’s tax; 1.00 Euro/night/per person (ages 18 and older)

A private parking space directly at the house is not available. You may park your vehicle at the vacation home while loading and unloading; afterward, please park it in the large parking lot in the vacation village.

We also offer a cozy group room in the vacation village for events. The room is an ideal venue for family celebrations and can seat up to 50 people. The group room is equipped with a large dishwasher, several refrigerators, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. In addition, the room is equipped with a projector and a screen, making it well-suited for seminars. The room rental fee is 50.00 euros per day, plus a 30.00 euro final cleaning fee.
