From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The harmonious decor, sunny location, and thoughtful amenities make this studio a place where you instantly feel at home.



Look forward to a cozy living and sleeping area, a modern bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and underfloor heating throughout the studio. The step-free indoor access adds extra comfort. There is no extra bed for families. Bath towels can be booked additionally and are available for an extra fee.

    Sehr ruhige Lage

    Pros: Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Freie Benutzung von Bus und Bahn und ab 9 Uhr kostenlose mitnahmen von Fahrräder bei der Bahn. Bushaltestelle ist in der nähe. Cons: Zugang zur Wohnung über eine Treppe ist für Gehbehinderte nich so gut.

    Liebevolle Ausstattung der Wohnung

    Pros: Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse, die schon gestaltet ist. Überall im Appartement gibt's geschmackvolle Deko, es ist alles vorhanden . Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,wenn's um Tipps für die Umgebung geht Cons: Es gibt einen kleinen Campingkühlschrank, nur eine Kochplatte. Aber fürs Eierkochen hat es uns gereicht,da wir nicht gekocht haben. Die Matratze ist sehr hart.
