Holiday rental with a terrace and garden:

The accommodation features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. The spacious living room, with its cosy dining area and wood-burning stove, is the perfect place to relax, especially on cold evenings. The living space is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a functional hallway.
The large bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), a small closet, and an armchair. The smaller bedroom features a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a compact closet.
The living room with dining area offers direct access to the patio and garden. The furnishings include a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove, and an LCD TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. Additionally, a stereo system and a glass dining table with four chairs are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a sink, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils and dishes.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
Other amenities include a vacuum cleaner and, upon request, an ironing board with an iron and a high chair.



On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please notify us if you plan to arrive later. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Pets are allowed; a maximum of 1 dog. The guest fee of €3.30 per adult per night is not included in the booking price and will be listed separately on the booking invoice. 



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
