Located in Laura, the most exclusive area of Capaccio-Paestum, the house is peaceful, overlooks the pine forest, and is only 300 meters from the promenade, beach, and sea. It’s close to the best equipped lidos, beach services, restaurants, and bars.



The apartment has a double bedroom with every comfort including Smart TV, mini fridge, safe; a spacious twin bedroom; a living room with Smart TV and double sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a complete bathroom; and a large covered terrace perfect for dining and relaxing. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, parking space, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, complete set of pots, dishes, utensils, washing machine, wardrobe, and luggage space.
