Located in the Laura area, the most exclusive part of Capaccio-Paestum, it overlooks the pine forest and is surrounded by tranquility. The famous Archaeological Park and Temples of Paestum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are just a short distance away.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests: it features a double bedroom with Smart TV, mini-fridge, and safe; a large twin bedroom with two single beds; a living room with Smart TV and double sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, and utensils; a complete bathroom with shower, bidet, courtesy kit, and hairdryer; a large covered terrace overlooking the pine forest, perfect for meals and relaxing moments. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms, along with free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and outdoor parking. Bed linen and towels are included for every guest.
