Look forward to a relaxing holiday in our spacious 70 m² holiday apartment on the 2nd floor, featuring a northwest-facing balcony and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. This comfortable accommodation offers plenty of space for families and features cosy furnishings and little moments of wellness.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with its cosy sofa nook, flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove. The adjacent dining area seats four and is ideal for shared meals, game nights, or social gatherings during your holiday. The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds, a TV, and a spacious closet offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, glass partition, and a private infrared sauna for one person, provides relaxing wellness moments after an eventful day at the beach.
A private parking space directly beneath the house rounds out the amenities.

Meine Lieblingswohnung im Haus Ostseedüne

NIcht nur einmal habe ich einen Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht - und nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht: Allein die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar, alles zum Wohlfühlen ist vorhanden, besser gehts für mich nicht. Danke an die Vermieterin und bis zum nächsten Mal. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermietungsagentur Bünning ist hervorragend und ich kann sie unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Selbst wenn mal ein kleiner Mängel auftreten sollte, wird sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Dankeschön.

Eine tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt Die Lage ist natürlich 1A mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser Aber auch so hatte die Wohnung viel zu bieten

Gut - aber

Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Einzelne Teppiche sind in Wohnungen mit laufend wechselnden Gästen aus hygienischen Gründen nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Fernsehen ist durch das einfallende Tageslicht nur bedingt möglich. Die Vorhänge sind zum Abdunkeln nicht geeignet. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind vollkommen unzumutbar und sollten kurzfristig durch eine moderne Bettanlage erneuert werden. Durch die Lage ist es trotz der Mängel eine TOP Ferienwohnung und kann weiterempfohlen werden.
