Wellness Apartment for 4 People: Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, sauna Welcome to Strandpark Großenbrode—a holiday for the whole family!
The apartment features a light-filled living area with a cosy sitting area and a wood-burning stove, a dining area with a view of the greenery, and an adjoining open kitchenette. The living area opens onto the south-facing terrace—you can almost smell the Baltic Sea. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds.
The “Meerblick” house is in an ideal holiday location, just under 100 metres from the beach! And in general, the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on holiday:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all nearby. A bakery, bike rentals, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym are also within a 600-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s car park—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.

Note about the surrounding area:
From March through November 2026, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building in the immediate vicinity of our property. During this time, construction noise and occasional dust are to be expected. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you despite the construction work. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Strait. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the town of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
