    Schöne Wohnung mit praktischem Tiefgaragenstellplatz

    Pros: Tolle, stilvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung mit schönen Möbeln. Großes Bad, Aufzug und eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, Antworten kamen schnell und bei Fragen wurde direkt geholfen. Cons: Leider keine Waschmaschine. Andere Anwohner parken teilweise vor der Tiefgarage, wodurch die Einfahrt unnötig erschwert wird.

    Haus an einer etwas mehr befahrenen Straße

    Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Cons: Nach der Ankunft in der Wohnung haben wir festgestellt, dass das Wasser nicht lief. Uns wurde dann nach Telefonat mit der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, dass genau in diesem Zeitraum, in dem wir gebucht hatten, die Heizung ausgewechselt wurde. Nach einigem hin und her mit dem Hausmeisterlief dann das Wasser wieder. Aber es war klar, dass die komplette Woche nur kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung stehen kann. Wenn wir das im Vorhinein gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns gleich für eine andere Wohnung entschieden und vor allem wären wir dann auch nicht so negativ überrascht gewesen . Wir wollten jetzt nicht die ganze Woche mit Handwerkern zu tun haben und auch nicht das Problem mit dem Wasser, so dass wir uns entschieden haben, in eine andere Ferienwohnung zu wechseln. Die Vermieterin war bei allem kooperativ.
